We do hope you love your Ruby & Daisy delivery, however if for some unfortunate reason you need to return an item, then please read the following terms and conditions to make the process as smooth as possible and hassle free for yourself.
Please complete the return code on your packing slip and enclose this in your parcel as we won’t be able to process your return without it.
Attach the peel off returns address label on your packing slip and attach to your parcel. Return the parcel to Ruby & Daisy, 331 Burnley Road, Crawshawbooth, Rossendale, Lancashire, BB4 8LA.
We strongly recommend using a signed and registered service as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items. Therefore please keep your proof of postage until your parcel has arrived safely back to us. We do not offer a free returns service , so please be aware the return postage cost is your responsibility.
Once we have received your return parcel we shall send you a confirmation email that your refund has been processed.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
Items must be unworn , unwashed , free of makeup stains and strong odours. The original tags must also be in tact.
Please note , due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings and hair accessories. We are also unable to accept the return of perfumes.
We are unable to offer exchanges due to the high turnover of stock and cannot guarantee stock levels at the time of receiving your exchange request. If you do require an alternative size then we would recommend returning your original order and placing a new order for your preferred size.
We ensure all our items are inspected thoroughly and lovingly packed, however in the unlikely event an item is deemed faulty we will issue a full refund and refund your return postage costs too. If this was the case , then we strongly recommend you use a registered and signed for service such as The Royal Mail signed for service.
